In view of recent findings in Germany of dioxin contaminations in foodstuffs, we inform you as follows:

• Extensive controls by the German authorities have shown no excessive dioxin contaminations in milk products;
• As part of our chocolate supplier HACCP program, they monitor a wide range of potential contaminants including dioxins. The results they have obtained with this program comply with EU regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 setting maximum levels for contaminants in foodstuffs;
• The milk derived ingredients which are used for our chocolate products are all sourced within the European Union;
• The milk suppliers have all confirmed that they supply their products conforming to EU regulation (EC) No.1881/2006 setting maximum levels for contaminants in foodstuffs, and the set levels for dioxin in milk products.
